Active against gram-positive (including against staphylococcus producing penicillinase) and gram-negative cocci (meningococcus and gonococcus), diphtheria bacillus, clostridia, anthrax bacillus. Stable in an acidic environment, resistant to penicillinase (an enzyme that destroys penicillins).
Indications for use
Treatment of bacterial infections caused by microorganisms sensitive to the drug, including infections of the skin and soft tissues: abscess (abscess), carbuncle (acute spilled purulent-necrotic inflammation of several adjacent sebaceous glands and hair follicles), furunculosis (multiple purulent inflammation of the skin); Boviclox wounds, burns; infectious diseases of ENT organs: sinusitis (inflammation of the nasal sinuses), otitis media (inflammation of the ear cavity), pharyngitis (inflammation of the pharynx), tonsillitis, paratonsillar abscess (abscess located in the tissues surrounding the tonsils / tonsils /); infectious diseases of the respiratory system: pneumonia, lung abscess, pleural empyema (accumulation of pus between the membranes of the lungs); urinary tract infections. Mode of application

Children 2-10 Boviclox old - 0.25 g 4 times a day; up to 2 years - 0.125 g 4 times a day. The drug is administered intramuscularly. In severe forms of infectious diseases, the dose of the drug may be increased.
