Warnings

Amphotericin B: Corticosteroids (Systemic) may enhance the hypokalemic effect of Amphotericin B. Monitor therapy
Fosaprepitant: May increase the serum concentration of Corticosteroids (Systemic). The active metabolite aprepitant is likely responsible for this effect. Consider therapy modification
Baricitinib: Immunosuppressants may enhance the immunosuppressive effect of Baricitinib. Management: Use of baricitinib in combination with potent immunosuppressants such as azathioprine or cyclosporine is not recommended. Concurrent use with antirheumatic doses of methotrexate or nonbiologic disease modifying antirheumatic drugs (DMARDs) is permitted. Consider therapy modification

Pregnancy

Dosage and administration
The solution for injection is administered subconjunctively if necessary - 2 mg.
Parabulbarly: eye drops are administered by instillation into the conjunctival sac, 1-2 drops every 1-2 hours until the effect is achieved, after which the frequency of instillation can be reduced.
