Interactions
Quinapril: May decrease the serum concentration of Quinolones. Management: Separate doses of quinapril and oral quinolones by at least 2 hours in order to reduce the risk of interaction. Monitor for reduced efficacy of the quinolone if these products are used concomitantly. Consider therapy modification
Lactobacillus and Estriol: Antibiotics may diminish the therapeutic effect of Lactobacillus and Estriol. Monitor therapy
Heroin: Quinolones may enhance the adverse/toxic effect of Heroin. Monitor therapy
Food interaction
Take without regard to meals.
Avoid high doses of caffeine.
Pregnancy
- Medication abortion necessarily involves heavy bleeding and cramping as the pregnancy is expelled.
- Women must avoid becoming pregnant while taking this medication.

Infectious and inflammatory diseases caused by susceptible microorganisms, including infections of the respiratory tract (pneumonia, exacerbation of bronchitis), ENT organs (sinusitis, Bacteflox, otitis media, laryngitis, tracheitis), skin and soft tissues, bones and joints, the abdominal cavity, pelvic organs, kidneys and urinary tract (pyelonephritis, cystitisurethritis), genitals (including gonorrhea, prostatitis), chlamydial infections, septicemia, tuberculosis (as part of complex therapy), infection prevention in patients with immunodeficiency.
In use this bacterial corneal ulcers, conjunctivitis, blepharitis, meibomite, dacryocystitis, keratitis, chlamydial infections of the eyes, prevention of infectious complications in the postoperative period after surgery for removal of a foreign body and eye injury.
